Spray Drying and Freeze Drying

Spray drying is a powerful and highly efficient technology for converting liquids into stable, free-flowing powders in a single step. By rapidly drying atomised droplets in a controlled hot gas environment, spray drying delivers excellent control over particle size, morphology, and functionality.

Freeze drying, or lyophilisation, is the gold standard for preserving sensitive materials where stability and integrity are critical. By gently removing water through sublimation at low temperatures, freeze drying protects structure, potency, and bioactivity.
