Abs Blast is a 30-minute routine which involves targeting all areas of your midsection through a variety of exercises. Pump combines using barbells, adjustable weights and a series of mat-based exercises to give you a full-body workout with a focus on core strength and body shape.
Body Balance will enhance your physical and mental wellbeing through a combination of stretches, balances and poses taken from Tai chi, Yoga and Pilates. These exercises are an excellent way to improve flexibility and posture, as well as increase muscle endurance. You will leave feeling strong and refreshed, relaxed and calm.
Body Pump aims to tone and condition your body by using barbells and adjustable weights. All the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. It can help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape, all in record time.
Body Blast involves a combination of high intensity, high exertion, short-duration exercises that will improve your fitness and physique.
Body Tone is a conditioning class aimed at toning and shaping the whole body. A class of varied intensity using a whole range of exercises and equipment to increase muscle tone and make you stronger.
Core Workout is an intense core workout using Pilates based exercises to strengthen the core muscles, including abdominal, back, and pelvic muscle groups. A strong core makes it easier to complete many daily physical activities. Not suitable for pre or post-natal or rehabilitation.
This class uses a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises designed to push you to the limits. Testing your strength and endurance. Incorporating the best of bootcamp, circuits and HIIT formats to provide a challenging workout for people of all levels of fitness and ability.
Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. It combines strength exercises with endurance exercises that are completed one after another. Exercises may include squat thrusts, push-ups, burpees, star jumps or sit-ups. The total number of circuits performed may vary depending on the fitness level.
Unique Blast is a high energy, fast-paced circuit-based workout using the principles of HIIT.
Functional Circuits a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to develop stamina, muscular strength whilst burning calories. Mainly compound bodyweight exercises for all over body toning and cardiovascular fitness.
Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body.
It's gentle but highly effective for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.
Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

Yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga, with emphasis on strength and flexibility. Yoga is closely modelled on the Ashtanga style of practice. Yoga will most likely appeal to people who enjoy exercising and want a minimal amount of chanting and meditation with their yoga.
The unique physical properties of water provide an ideal environment for exercise. The natural buoyancy of the water reduces weight-bearing stress, allowing greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints and muscles. The density of the water helps the toning effects and assists in the strengthening of muscles with greater balance and efficiency.
