Spinergy

A fun, fast indoor cycling experience, guaranteed to burn maximum calories, improve fitness levels. This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.  

Spin is a high intensity stationary bike-based workout, led by an instructor, focused on endurance and strength, intervals and recovery. An excellent all body work-out. It builds leg strength and works you at optimum fat-burning intensity. That means you're guaranteed to burn calories! 

Our Spinergy studio is a purpose made motivational environment, with lighting, air con and engaging music to enhance your workout, keeping you pushing hard. In one 45-minute class, you’ll ride to the beat of the music - burning up to 600 calories. Not only will your lungs be pumping, but you’ll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings and core.
