Dive in
Unique Fitness is home to the only swimming pool in Bradford city centre.
Use of our 25m pool is included in all memberships, as well as on a pay per visit basis for non-members. All members and guests can take part in our exciting programme of aqua fitness classes, lane swimming or general swim sessions.
Our trained lifeguards are always on-hand to offer support and ensure your safety.
Learning to swim is a key life skill, not only potentially life-saving but great fun and a wonderful way to keep active. We offer both junior and adult learn-to-swim programmes, where you can build your confidence in the water either in a group session or in one-to-one private swimming lessons.
We believe swimming should be accessible for all. We are proud to have a pool hoist which helps people get in and out of the pool.
Our swim sessions
General Swim
A session for all ages and abilities for fun or fitness. Whether you want to get some lengths in, or you just want to enjoy yourself in the water, these sessions are designed to suit everybody’s needs.
Lane Swim
This session is for those who want to use the pool as a fitness tool. Divided into lanes for swimmers of different abilities and speeds. They’re only for competent swimmers who can swim 2 lengths minimum without stopping
Women only swim
A comfortable and supportive environment for women of all cultures and faiths to get active. We provide additional privacy by ensuring poolside and changing areas are only available to those attending. We endeavour to have a female lifeguard however, this may not always be possible.
Women only For females aged 16+ to focus on improving your speed and ability, or simply relax and swim at your own pace.
Women and Child Open to women and girls of all ages, plus boys aged 7 years and below. 1 adult to 2 children required.

Swimming lessons are approximately 30 minutes long.
