Boxing is the ultimate workout, it covers everything – strength training, agility, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, speed, and of course power. Our combination of circuit training, bag work and self-defence, maximises your current fitness levels to develop your power, coordination and balance.
Delivered by Team GB boxing coach Mally McIver, our sessions will coach you to get the most out of every workout. Boxing fitness isn’t about throwing out punches with reckless abandon, you will learn boxing fundamentals of form and technique through short, repeated sets of shadow boxing, pad and bag work.
Boxing fitness improves your heart health, body composition and strength, as well as lowering your blood pressure and weight loss. But best of all, boxing is a fun way to get some exercise and release any stress or tension in a safe and healthy way.
