Circuits

A class with multiple exercise stations focusing on specific muscle areas and components of fitness to give you an all over calorie-busting workout. 

A great combination of conditioning, resistance and aerobic exercises, using weights, step boxes and your own bodyweight. Circuits is easy to follow and enables you to work to your own strengths and capabilities within exercise stations.  

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina, whilst burning fat and toning your whole body. It combines strength exercises with endurance exercises that are completed one after another.
