Temporary Academic Regulations for 2020/21

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the University of Bradford made efforts to ensure that students have been able to continue with their studies during this period of disruption.  The University implemented a range of measures that have allowed us to offer immediate support and reassurance to students while maintaining our commitment to quality and standards.

To safeguard academic standards and leave no student unfairly behind during the period of sustained national lockdown in the UK, the University of Bradford Senate has authorised (April 2021) Temporary Regulations governing taught awards and progression for the current academic year.

Emergency Academic Regulations for 2019/20

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the University of Bradford made efforts to ensure that students have been able to continue with their studies during this period of disruption.  The University implemented a range of measures that have allowed us to offer immediate support and reassurance to students while maintaining our commitment to quality and standards.

The Emergency Academic Regulations, approved by Senate in May 2020, combine these measures with a range of new provisions to form a coherent regulatory package, which will support student achievement, safeguard academic integrity and protect the value of the University’s awards for students, staff and other stakeholders.
