Sport & Fitness
Sport and fitness for all
The Team Bradford sporting community offers clubs and activities for every student. You can get involved in a range of sports; from football to snowboarding, archery to athletics.
Sport gives you the means to become a part of Team Bradford, and the incredible social aspects that brings with it. Whether you get involved in social or competitive activities, sport gives you the ability to shine through to employers. It shows that your university experience was more than just a degree. Novice, intermediate, expert

Represent Team Bradford
As well as holding regular training sessions, many of our clubs are represented by teams in the British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) leagues.
Our students have the opportunity to compete against rival universities from across the country in sports as diverse as lacrosse, equestrian, archery and fencing.

Join our club
Team Bradford isn't all about sport - our club members also enjoy a vibrant social scene. Many of the clubs organise regular events and nights out, and some of them even holiday together!
Joining a sports club is a great way to make friends.

Sport Membership and Your Turn
Membership
To enrol in a sports club you will need a Sports Membership, which costs £160 for 12 months.
Membership allows you peak access to Unique Fitness and Lifestyle, and entitles you to join as many sports clubs as you like.
You can purchase membership online, or in person at Unique.
Your Turn for non-members
The University of Bradford Union of Students also runs a Your Turn programme for students and staff who aren't involved in clubs.
This programme allows students to participate in a wide range of casual sports sessions without the commitment of membership.
