Student loans

As a student at the University of Bradford, you may be able to borrow money to help with the cost of tuition fees or living expenses.

On this page, we list some of the key loans that are available to you.

Funding from the government

A Tuition Fee Loan covers the cost of your course and is paid directly to the University.

A Maintenance Loan can contribute to the cost of your living expenses as an undergraduate student.

A Master's Loan can contribute to the cost of a postgraduate taught degree.

A Doctoral Loan can help cover the cost of your course and living expenses as a PhD student.

Funding from the University

The Student Support Fund Loan is provided by the University to help students in certain circumstances.

The Laptop Support Fund is for students with no access to IT equipment.
