Certificates, transcripts, and verifications
Certificates
Your certificate will be given to you when you cross the stage at your graduation ceremony.
If you decide to graduate in absentia we will post your certificate to your confirmed postal address.
If your certificate has been lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement can be purchased from our online store. You can also purchase a certified copy of your degree certificate.
Transcripts
Your final transcript will include details of all the modules you have taken in each year of study, the classification of your award and the date of conferment. This will be released to you electronically following your graduation ceremony using GradIntelligence.
If you studied with us before 2007, electronic or hard copy transcripts can be purchased from our online store.
Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)
Your HEAR is a comprehensive, online transcript that you can share with employers that shows the full story of your studies and your skill development.
It is a record of your achievements during your time at Bradford and includes information about the programme you studied, your final degree award, your modules of study and results and any other University recognised achievements and prizes.
Verifications
If a third party would like the University to verify an award, this can be provided electronically subject to the receipt of signed consent form.
An electronic verification will include start and end dates, the award achieved, classification and date of award.
Requests and consent forms for graduates from 2003 onward should be emailed to MyBradford@bradford.ac.uk.
Historic requests for those who graduated before 2003 should be emailed to awards@bradford.ac.uk.
