Executive Board

Executive Board is the principal management committee of the University and it ensures the effective leadership, coordination and management of the activities of the University.  

Membership

The University has an Executive Team who oversee the strategic direction of the University.  The Team includes the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellors, Deans of Faculties and Directors of Professional Services Directorates: https://www.bradford.ac.uk/about/our-structure-and-organisation/management/

Register of Interests

In accordance with good governance practice, the University maintains a register of interests for members of its Executive Board.  New declarations are made annually, and are updated if there are any changes in the information during the year.  

Members are requested to provide details of paid employment, self-employment, directorships, memberships and public appointments - paid or unpaid, memberships of professional bodies and significant shareholdings.

NB Late documents will not normally be accepted and will be deferred to the next meeting.
