DCM™ for Leading Practice Change
This four-day course supports participants to develop advanced leadership skills to enable the use of DCM™ to effectively change practice within health and social care organisations.
DCM™ for Realising Person Centred Care
DCM for Realising Person Centred Care - a course to equip you to use Dementia Care Mapping within your organisation to recognise positive care practices as well as to faciltiate changes in practice where this is required.
Face-to-face and cascade training
We deliver a range of on-demand training courses, from a one day foundation level course to a three day intermediate level course.
Assessment, diagnosis and post-diagnostic support
Two days short course which explores key elements of person-centred assessment and diagnosis of dementia as well as the importance of timely individualised post-diagnostic support for living well with dementia.
Short Observational Framework for Inspection (SOFI 2)
SOFI is a tool developed between the Centre for Applied Dementia Studies and CQC and is used by CQC inspectors to capture the experiences of people who use services who may not be able to express this for themselves.
