"I was given an unconditional offer to study Biomedical Science from another university but Bradford was always my first preference. Normally you need to study A level Biology and Chemistry for Biomedical Science at Bradford but I had studied Applied Sciences.
"Clearing gave me the opportunity to discuss my grades with the course tutors, which modules I’d studied and demonstrate my knowledge. As a result, I received an offer and was delighted to accept."
"On results day, I got a call from another University to offer me a place and I was all set to go there.
"However, when I put the phone down I had a voicemail from the University of Bradford letting me know that although I didn’t quite meet the grades for their original offer, they would still like to give me a place on their Computer Science with Cyber Security course. I was delighted! I called straight back to accept."
"Bradford is where I learnt to see outside of my comfort zone, my family and my culture. You always hear about the food and the music and the performances happening around and about. There are a lot of outside of the box options in Bradford compared to anywhere else.
"Bradford is everybody else and everything else that is going on. I think in my time here, I have taken steps towards a different Faith.
"Bradford is people, Bradford is learning and Bradford is outside of your comfort box."
This is Bradford
You can become the very best version of yourself at the University of Bradford. It’s a place where amazing things happen.
