Money

Student Finance allows you to borrow money to cover your university course fees and living costs while you study.

If you haven't applied for Student Finance you'll need to do it now.

Our Student Life Team is also here to help with any additional guidance you need when it comes to money. They can help whether it's support with Student Finance, or advice on budgeting and getting the most from your money.

Accommodation

If you're planning to study away from home, you'll need to find somewhere to live.

The Green is based at the heart of our campus. This friendly, safe and diverse community is minutes from your lectures, social spaces, study areas, the library, students' union and gym.

Step up to HE

Get a step ahead and find out what being a university student is all about. Our Step Up to Higher Education (HE) programme is a great way to prepare for your studies by developing some of the essential skills you'll need at university.

It includes self-access online resources and activities, as well as a live programme of workshops that give you the chance to meet members of staff and other students.

Step Up to HE is free of charge and is available before the September term starts. You can access information and resources before course teaching begins.
