What can the service offer you? 

We offer a range of services to support you in your career journey.

All graduates from undergraduate courses are eligible to sign up to Bradford Graduate Talent. This is a four-step programme to guide you to your ideal career goal. This is how the programme works:

1. Career Motivator Session – A one-to-one session to discuss your career motivations and ideas as well as any barriers you are facing to success. Together, we will make an action plan for your next steps.
2. Job searching and Applications – A second meeting to discuss your strengths, skills and experience and how to match these to vacancies and write excellent applications.
3. Interviewing Effectively – A third meeting to prepare for interviews. We will explain the different styles of interview you can encounter and help you prepare your personal examples that will help you shine and get that job offer!
4. Next Steps – Our final coaching appointment will review your progress so far and your action plan steps. In this meeting, we can agree further actions, meetings or referrals to other services.
