How to pay

We have a variety of payment methods available so you can pick the best option for you.

Need help or advice? Our Payzone team is on hand to help and guide you through the process and can also accept payments:

The team are available Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 16:00 (excluding public and bank holidays)

Payments can also be made by bank transfer in GBP (please be aware these payments can take between 3 to 10 working days to reflect on your account).

Important - When making a payment by bank transfer, please quote the student UB number and student name

Western Union

The University also accepts payments through Western Union's Global Pay online payment system, ideal if you are making a payment from outside the UK or in currency other then GBP (Sterling).

The money transfer will be completed in your currency of choice so you will know the exact cost of the transaction, without any additional charges

Epay

The easiest way to pay your fees (GBP) is to use the University's online payment service, Epay and your payment reflects on your account within 24 hours.

You can either make a one-off card payment using the portal, or set up a Direct Debit with your UK bank account details to pay your tuition fees using one of the University's payment plan options.  Our online portal can also be used to pay for other items invoiced to you during your study such as course trips, additional costs for exams taken overseas and to repay hardship loans.
