Visa granted

When your visa is granted, you will receive a decision letter or email .

You will need to create a UKVI account to view your eVisa. You will be issued with an eVisa which will prove your immigration status.  You must check your eVisa is correct before you travel.

 

Length of stay

Main course of study (including Sabbatical Officers)

12 months or more

  • The length of stay allowed is the full length of the course plus 4 months after the end of the course

6 months or more, but less than 12 month

  • The length of stay allowed is the full length of the course plus 2 months after the end of the course

Less than 6 months

  • The length of stay allowed is the full length of the course plus 7 days after the end of the course
  • For Pre-sessional Courses: the length of stay allowed is the full length of the course plus once month after the end of the course
