Re-enrol online
Re-enrolment is completed in e:Vision, you will be asked to agree to the University's terms and conditions as laid out in the Student Contract as well as confirm your personal details. Keeping your details up to date will ensure you receive future correspondence from the University.
You will receive an email inviting you to re-enrol on e:Vision and you'll need your University username and password to sign in. You are required to re-enrol at the start of each academic year, i.e. before commencing your studies and no later than the first week of teaching. If your programme started at a non-standard point in the academic year you will be asked to re-enrol on the anniversary of your start date.
As a continuing student it is important that you re-enrol, as we may otherwise assume that you have withdrawn from the University.
- International students must re-enrol. Additionally, you must have a valid visa in order to continue your studies at the University of Bradford. If you need any further clarification or advice about your immigration status and studies contact the Visa Support Team on visasupport@bradford.ac.uk.
- Postgraduate Researchers are also expected to re-enrol each year, even when going in to your writing up phase.
Fees and payments
Accepting the student contract will initiate any fee charges and Student Finance/SAAS payments for the academic session (if applicable), it will also confirm you agree to pay your fees. If you do not wish to continue your studies this year, please do not complete re-enrolment or you may incur further fees.
If you haven't already paid your fees for the upcoming academic year you will be asked to make a payment as part of your re-enrolment.

Alternatively, if you have approved funding from Student Finance or you are having your academic year fees paid directly to the University by a sponsor you will be asked to provide evidence of your funding during your online re-enrolment.
If you are receiving a student loan the University will only confirm your registration to Student Finance/SAAS when your re-enrolment is completed. Once completed your registration will be confirmed within 2 working days and payment should be released within 3-5 working days.
