Virtual Reality, duels and skeletons-all this and more at the University of Bradford's open day!

Where can you have the chance to become a TV presenter, take part in a virtual duel, examine a skeleton, set the nation's interest rate or explore the beautiful Emm Lane campus using Virtual Reality?

All of these opportunities will be available at the University of Bradford's open day on Saturday 7 October from 9.30am - 2.30pm.

Taking place at the University’s city campus in the heart of Bradford, the open day will showcase a range of courses from Paramedic Science through to Cyber Security. Visitors will get the opportunity to talk to academics and student ambassadors.

Information will be available on writing UCAS personal statements, dealing with student finance and the opportunities available to students outside of academic work. There will also be advice for parents to support their children’s transition to higher education and information for adults considering returning to education.

In addition, there will be tours of the campus and its award-winning facilities, including student accommodation in The Green, located a stone’s throw from the Lecture Theatres.

Visitors will also get a chance to win to one of 50 pairs of unique University of Bradford Google Cardboard headsets, head to the registration desk in the Atrium to find out more, or visit the for details.
