Queer South-Asians: We have always been here!
About this webinar
This is an online event - Open to all. This event will not be recorded.
A panel discussion held with a group of South Asian Queers who are here to tell you that they have always been here. The panel will reflect on their experience as a minority within a minority, share personal reflections, and discuss their LGBTQIA+ Queer Icons.
The panel aims to highlight the important role intersectionality has played in the LGBTQIA+ liberation movement. They shall talk about the past, the present, and the future of the LGBTQIA+ community.
There will also be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions. Come ready for stereotypes to be broken and a re-imagining of the queer experience.
