About this in-person event

The University has recently announced significant funding to open Bradford Renduchintala Centre for Space but why do we need to research space? With other global issues such as climate change and health inequalities, should researching space take priority? What benefits does researching space have on people in Bradford and the wider district?

We will bring together a diverse panel to discuss space; why we need to research it, how the UK, Yorkshire and Bradford are contributing to it and the difference it makes to our lives.

This will take place as a 'hybrid' event, you are welcome to join us in person or online via Zoom. You can choose which version of the event you would like to attend when booking your free tickets.

Speakers and further details will be published soon. Register now and we will keep you up to date with new developments on this exciting event.
