Members of the public are invited to book a free health 'MOT' at the University of Bradford.

Physiotherapy students will carry out checks including cardiovascular and respiratory assessments, body composition, nutritional overview as well as sleep and mental health assessments.

They will also provide advice on how to make changes where needed.

The appointments take no more than 45 minutes and are open to anyone aged 18 and over. Slots must be booked online here.

Katie Ashworth, Clinical Skills Teacher, at the University of Bradford, said: "These tests are non-invasive and painless but can reveal a lot about someone's general health.
"They can also pick up early signs of concerns, including diabetes and heart disease. We would encourage everyone to think about getting their health checked. Think of it like an MOT for your body."
