Identity checks for Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications

Follow these steps to complete the face-to-face ID check as part of your DBS application:

1. Complete the online DBS application form and select three forms of identification.
2. Once the application is submitted book an appointment to bring these three original documents to the University for verification.
3. Attend the University at the date and time of your appointment and bring the originals of the three documents you selected in your application.
4. Once verified your application will be submitted to the DBS for processing.
