Rita Debnath
Biography
I joined the University in 2023 from a nearby Trust, where I worked within Corporate Education. Much of my career has been spent within education here in the UK and abroad, in a variety of roles.
Research
I have an interest in reasons behind student attrition and if their academic qualifications contribute to to their reason for leaving. The other area of interest is looking at professional behaviours whilst in clinical practice
