Her role here was as Research and Analysis Manager with responsibility for all consumer and trade research as well as internal marketing information systems. Helen left this company to set up as a freelance Research and Marketing Consultant. During this time her clients included Moygashel Fabrics, Crown Paints, CO-OP Retail and various food manufacturers. Helens experience spreads across research design, fieldwork and implementation. It also includes extensive quantitative and qualitative experience – she is a trained and practiced qualitative moderator – an area of particular interest of hers. She has been involved in a very wide range of research projects including advertising development and monitoring, packaging and store design, product development and customer satisfaction.
