Biography
I completed my PhD in 2015 (Spectroscopic and diffraction analysis
of whole soil and volcanic tephras) and joined the Analytical Centre in 2016 as a
Project Analyst; a role dedicated to the management and delivery
of commercial projects. I also feed heavily into the equipment
management (expertise, maintenance and training) in the area of
vibrational spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
In 2020 I became Lecturer in Forensic Science in the school of Archaeological and Forensic Sciences, alongside my role in the Analytical Centre.
My research focusses on the application of Raman spectroscopy, particually in the forensic sciences and cultural heritidge.
