First Aid at Work - 3 Day course £220 per person

This course is designed to equip the First Aider with the necessary knowledge and skills to give life support, manage and treat injuries until medical assistance arrive.

Following the successful completion of an assessment, candidates will be issued with a FIRST AID AT WORK certificate valid for 3 years.

Syllabus to include:	Accident management Care of the unconscious casualty Cardio pulmonary resuscitation Treatment of seizures Recognition and treatment of choking Control of bleeding Catastrophic Bleeding Treatment of shock Treatment of burns Recognition and treatment of a heart attack Recognition and treatment of a stroke Recognition and treatment of medical conditions Treatment of minor workplace injuries Treatment of poisoning Treatment of bone and soft tissue injuries Accident reports and regulations AED
