About this webinar

The University of Bradford is committed to raising aspirations and widening access to Higher Education, ensuring high quality education is available to all individuals, regardless of background, who have the potential to succeed.  We are dedicated to supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds including Adult learners (21 or over on the first day of term), Refugee/Asylum Seekers, Care Leavers or those previously looked after, Estranged students, Young Adult Carers and those from Armed Forces families, a Gypsy, Roma or Traveller community or low participation neighbourhood.

This webinar will bring together student ambassadors from some of these backgrounds to give you an insight into all areas of university life, independent living and support they've received throughout their journey from the University.

This session is suitable for Year 12, 13 or those studying equivalent qualifications (BTEC etc) and for Access to HE students and other adult learners.

This webinar is part of our Progression Scheme Programme which supports undergraduate applicants whose personal and educational circumstances mean they could be less likely to receive an offer based on our standard entry criteria.
