Biography

My research interests involve examining the psychological consequences of concussion in sport as well as the Psychology behind continuing to participate in sports where concussion is common. At the moment, I am investigating the negative impact of heading footballs and what we can change to make football safer, particularly for children where their brains are still developing.

I also have a keen interest on the VAR protocol in football and the psychology behind decision making for referees in this position.
