Vacancy - Head of Practice Development and Training in Dementia Care
We are seeking a highly strategic and forward thinking Head of Practice Development and Training to join our senior management team at the Bradford Dementia Group.
The main focus of the role is to provide strategic, academic and operational leadership of Bradford Dementia Group's evidence-based practice development andtraining activities including customer service, generation of new business, delivery excellence, research and development, and line management in line with financial and work load models.
- Lead high quality applied research and development projects in improving quality of care for people affected by dementia.
- Lead the Bradford Dementia Group in ensuring high quality practice development consultancy and short courses in dementia care.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary and multi-professional team of expert practitioners developing and delivering our portfolio of short courses and consultancy in improving quality of care.
