With over 25-years experience working as a senior manager in both public and private sector organisations, Chris has provided leadership on complex change programmes, challenged existing ways of working and influenced strategic thinking to improve efficiencies and organisational effectiveness.
He has an interest in approaches to organisational change, the impact on organisational culture, the effect on staff attitudes and how ‘ethical’ transformational leadership can bring about positive results.
As an an NLP Master Practioner he has blended his inquisitive psychoanalytical perspective with his post-structural and post-modernist stance to undertake doctoral research studies at the University of Bradford’s Faculty of Management, Law & Social Sciences.
Research
Research interests include approaches to organisational change, the impact on organisational culture, the effect on staff attitudes and how ethical transformational leadership can bring about positive results (subordinate innovation and creativity) within the work place.
