Working out at home

During our closure due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we will provide customers with different types of workouts.

We are working with organisations such as Les Mills and Mental Health England to deliver varied content. You will even see some of our own staff in our workouts. Don't forget to share your experience with us on our social media.

Live Yoga Class - TODAY!!!

 

Today's workout is a Live Facebook Yoga Class with our own instructor Moon. Join us at 12:30 for a 45 minutes class.

Follow our instructor, Andy, through some relaxation techniques with controlled breathing and body posture.
