Working through change
Change in organisations excites and energises some people and others find it very unsettling and can feel they lack the personal resources to deal with it effectively.
If you are someone who finds it challenging you are not alone but you can do some things to help build your resilience and look after your health and well-being during times of change.
Make sure you have time with your manager to talk about how you can best to work through the change and you may also wish to take some time to look at the resources that are available to draw on to help you. These are detailed below and you can follow the links to find out more details or to book on events.
Personal Resilience e-learning module
The Personal Resilience e-learning module is a short online module accessible to all through your e-learning dashboard that provides you with a general introduction to resilience, and suggests tools and approaches which may be helpful in building your own resilience. You can access this through the normal e-learning portal.
A Space to Breathe – mindfulness sessions
"A Space to Breathe – mindfulness session" is a 40 – 45 minute session open to all and run monthly, that provides mindfulness or relaxation practice to help manage stress, improve resilience or just give you the opportunity to find a calm space in your busy working week.
