Academic Misconduct - Information for Staff
The downloads below provide information about University policy in respect of breaches of assessment regulations and the approved penalties which may be applied in the event of a case of Academic Misconduct.
It also provides guidance for Chairs of Boards of Examiners in managing undergraduate first and foundation year cases. This is presented in the form of a flow chart and a brief guidance document. Colleagues who manage such cases should also consult the procedures to be followed in the event of a suspected breach of assessment regulations which details the process in full.
