Biography

DrOgbeibu Samuel is an Assistant Professor in International Business andStrategic Management in the Faculty of Management, Law and Social Sciences, ofthe University of Bradford (UoB), United Kingdom (UK). Heis the UoB Lead for the United Nations’“Principles for Responsible Management Education” initiative and the leader of the Business & Management undergraduate programme. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D.) degree from the Universiti TunkuAbdul Rahman (UTAR) Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration degreefrom the University of Wales (PrifysgolCymru), Cardiff, UK. A two-time global winner of the 2019 and the 2023 EMERALD LITERATI AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCEfor the highly commended, and outstanding article award. He is a Senior Editor ofthe Global Business and Organisational Excellence journal. He is a distinguished KEYNOTE Speaker whohas delivered several keynote speeches at different internationally recognisedconferences held in Malaysia, Thailand, Netherland, and in other regions of theworld. His research focus is on Creativity, Innovation, Green Human ResourceManagement, Environmental Sustainability, Smart Technology, ArtificialIntelligence, Robotics, and Algorithm (STARA), and business research methods. He has published in (and is a reviewer panel member for) several top-tier journals (ABDC 'A'; ABS '3' and WOS Q1 ranked) such as the Journal of Cleaner Production, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Business Research, Computers and Education, Current Psychology, Knowledge Management Research & Practice and others.
