Dr. Mushfiqur Rahman is a Lecturer in Leadership and Human Resources Management (HRM) at University of Bradford, United Kingdom. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Dr. Rahman obtained an MBA degree and later on another MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. He earned his PhD in Electronic Human Resources Management (e-HRM) at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London. Afterwards, he also successfully passed a program on academic writing and reading at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Dr. Rahman has conducted numerous formal training and professional development programs that are immensely helpful in terms of planning, directing and coordinating in human resources activities of an organization. He has experience working in leadership positions in corporate fields for many years before venturing into the academics. He has also worked on several projects which has allowed him to become well experienced in preparing HR budgets and investment. His research area is HRM, E-HRM, Work life Balance and Sustainability. Recently, he published articles in high ranked refereed journals such as International Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Business Ethics.
