Jack Nightingale

Biography

Jack is a Lecturer in Healthcare Leadership and Management who joined the university in 2024. Originally trained as a Physiotherapist, Jack has extensive experience working across both the NHS and the Independent Sector, where he has managed and led a variety of diverse healthcare teams. More recently, Jack has worked in a patient safety role, with a focus on enhancing safety and quality within healthcare environments. His key interests include patient safety, quality improvement, and the importance of reflective practice for developing effective leaders and managers in healthcare.
