Gaynor has over 15 years' marketing experience spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and covering both on and off-line marketing techniques. Gaynor works closely with the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) as an examiner and teaches both the CIM Introductory and Professional level qualifications. She has also taught a range of Management modules at Degree and Masters level. Gaynor currently teaches Leadership and Management Apprenticeships at a FE College, is an examiner for a national training organisation and teaches UG, PG and MBA modules at Leeds Trinity University. Gaynor assists organisations with their marketing strategies to generate new business and utilise income streams. She has previously worked for the NHS and at Age UK, marketing their services and ranges of websites, using a variety of techniques.
