Branka Franicevic, PhD, CSoFS is an Archaeologist and Forensic Scientist with research interests in Microbial Forensics and Palaeomicrobiology. She trained at University of Oxford in Archaeology and at University of Bradford in Forensic Anthropology, and Microbiology. She has worked at the Nottingham Trent University and the School of Chemistry and Biosciences, University of Bradford where she is currently based. Career highlights include a decade of international consultancy to the police forensic centres, forensic fieldwork, and the development and delivery of accredited courses. She is a member of The Chartered Society of Forensic Science and The European Association of Archaeologists.
