Further information

Our Masters programmes are taught by world-leading experts whose research revolves around three themes: Social and biological identities; Archaeological and heritage sciences; and Landscape and settlement archaeology. Our facilities include Bradford Visualisation, which specialises in survey, imaging, digitisation and visualisation for heritage research; our Isotope laboratory; the Biological Anthropology Research Centre (BARC), with the largest collection of human skeletal remains of any UK university (over 4,000 skeletons); and new, state-of-the-art teaching and research labs, including an Anatomy Suite and Virtual Autopsy table.

By the end of the Master’s programme, you will have gained specialist knowledge and practical skills which will prepare you for a career in archaeology or forensics, and equip you with transferable skills for other disciplines, industries, or for further research.
