  • 1982 – 1984 Papua New Guinea - Eastern Highlands Provincial Government - Provincial Financial Advisor to the  Eastern Highlands Provincial Government, Papua New Guinea.
  • 1979 - 1981 St Vincent, West Indies - Technical advisor to the Ministry of Finance and  the St Vincent Development Corporation and the St Vincent Agricultural Co-operative Bank.
