This module is designed to provide knowledge and understanding of the legal principles relevant to the formation, content and breakdown of contractual arrangements and to develop your ability to identify and respond to contractual problems and to work independently and as part of a group. Students intending to undertake further legal study or practice should be aware that Contract Law is a 'Foundation of legal knowledge' subject required by the Bar Standards Board.
