(1) Develop the students knowledge and understanding of research principles, methodologies and methods for data capture and analysis through comprehensive literature retrieval and the critical appraisal of research based evidence associated with a topic relevant to clinical practice.
(2) Scrutinise the relevance and implications of the findings that emerge from this comprehensive critical appraisal to practice.
