To provide students with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate:
- The skills to systematically gather, critically analyse and evaluate information in order to prioritise and solve complex problems in the field of aseptic pharmacy practice.
- The ability to confidently employ professional communication skills, including those required to influence, negotiate with and educate patients and healthcare professionals.
- An understanding of the issues relating to leadership and management of an aseptic pharmacy service.
- The ability to review and reflect on their practice and that of others to inform their professional development.
