To provide students with a deep understanding of the nature of construction projects and a holistic view of their context, with the ability to effectively select and tailor project management tools, and appropriately implement mechanisms of standard construction contracts. This will give students the expertise to confidently and successfully contribute to progress meetings and communications within projects. For students to critically compare and reflect on different schools of project management knowledge, Association of Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge (APM BoK) , and ISO 21500:2012, Guidance on Project Management.
