Resilience

Through a range of discussions and activities, attendees enjoyed a programme which looked at resilience from a multi-level perspective.

Sessions demonstrated the importance of resilience by exploring:

  • How personal resilience can help you become a better leader.
  • How you can plan strategic, technologic and supply chain resilience to make your organisation more agile.
  • How to embed different types of resiliency to drive your career, organisation or business forward.
  • Ways of overcoming the volatility of market, industry or geo-political instability.

Speakers from a range of industries spoke candidly and shared their personal experiences of how they handled and thrived after both ups and downs.

The MBA Summit is great, it's good to have an occasion to meet, see the school, see the buildings and see how it is here in Bradford. It creates a strong feeling of being part of something.
