July 5 marks the opening of Clearing 2025, giving hopeful students—with or without exam results—a chance to claim their place at university this September. The University of Bradford invites applicants from 5 July through to 20 October to explore flexible entry routes and a supportive first-year experience.
What is Clearing?
Clearing is part of the UCAS system offering a lifeline to students who haven’t secured a spot, changed their minds on their original plans, or are applying to university for the first time . Whether awaiting results on GCSEs, A‑levels, T‑levels or Access courses, Clearing presents a fresh start—and Bradford makes it easy with a simple phone call or online form .

Timelines and Support
Clearing opens 5 July, with results day on 14 August, an institutional Open Day on 16 August, and the University’s term beginning mid‑September.
International students can apply via Clearing and receive visa and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) support – and because we know moving abroad is a big step, all the support you need can be found here.
