Honorary Graduate strikes gold in Rio!
Congratulations to one of our Honorary Graduates, Hannah Cockroft MBE, who is returning from the Paralympics in Rio with three gold medals. Hannah stormed to victory in all three of her wheelchair racing events, breaking a world record in the process.
Hannah won gold medals, in the Women's 100 metres T34 Final, the Women's 400 metres T34 Final, recording a new world record time of 58.78 seconds, and the Women's 800 metres T34 Final.
Hannah’s message to our new and existing students is to "believe anything is possible and show them what you are capable of. Good luck to the new students at the University of Bradford, push yourself and dare to dream!"
