Nigel has worked with SMEs and corporates for 25 years to improve their customer experience, mainly with great success, but with the odd spectacular failure which he will cover in the workshop. He has helped SMEs grow income and profits by using customer journey mapping to increase lead-to-sale conversion by up to 100% and customer loyalty by up to 80%.

Nigel describes himself as just a simple Yorkshireman. He has had three books on customer experience published, and has delivered workshops worldwide.
