Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

Part subsidised by a Government grant, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) allow your company to draw on our expertise in supporting a key development project whilst helping able graduates to further their own managerial skills development.

Our graduates' skills and knowledge will be applied directly to key areas of your business, leading to product, process and management improvements.

We will discuss your required outputs and deadlines with you and see profitable returns from your completed KTP project(s), plus the potential for future progress.

We will help both your company and your chosen academic partner to draw up a project plan that will form the basis of an application for a KTP grant.

Once the grant has been awarded, we will help you to recruit someone to work in your company from a pool of exceptionally talented young graduates.

The contract is flexible and can range from one to three years, to best suit your needs.

You will be required to fund some of the graduate salary, training, equipment, travel and academic input.

If you are interested in a KTP please contact Paul Evans:
